Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our Return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you have received it, it must be unworn and unused, with all the tags, and should be in its original packaging. Custom made pairs will not be eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.

We also do not accept products that have been used or damaged. You'll also need to produce the original receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refunds.

Exchanges

We offer replacement on products if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If there are any size issues for example if you need a bigger or smaller size, there should be no hassle at all. If you need to exchange it for the same product send us an email at info@lfl.com

 

Refunds

Once your return is received at our end, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Our team Quality Control Team will inspect the product returned by you. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

 If it’s rejected due to the item being used, tampered or damaged, we will courier the pair to your address.                           

 

Missing or Late refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Sale Items-We offer refunds only on regular priced items. We are sorry as we don’t have a refund policy for sale or discounted items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping costs are non –refundable .If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Product Exchange
For all product exchanges, the replacement pair will be shipped to the customer once the previous pair has been received at our end and approved by our Quality Control Department. In case the product was shipped by the customer at his/her own cost, LFL will ship the replacement pair free of charge. If LFL organized a return pick-up, a COD charge of Rs.150 will be added to the package.
